Internal Audit Unit
This Unit will perform the following activities:
- Develop an internal audit plan and conduct audits in accordance with audit plans;
- Develop and oversee the implementation of internal audit policies;
- Propose improvement in internal processes; and
- Perform internal audits in all areas of the Council's business;
- To cooperate with the Controller and Auditor General during auditing; and
- To supervise the response to audit queries.
